All services are subject to individual proposals, written agreements, and project specifications agreed upon between WorldCiph and the client.
Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due prior to final delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payments on time may result in project delays, suspension of services, or termination of the agreement. Payments made for work already completed are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.
Project timelines are estimates and depend on the scope of work, client responsiveness, and timely provision of required materials such as content, images, and approvals. Delays caused by the client or third-party services may affect delivery schedules, and WorldCiph shall not be held responsible for such delays.
The client agrees to provide accurate information, cooperate during the development process, and use our services only for lawful purposes. Any misuse of our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activities will result in immediate termination without refund.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved website or design is transferred to the client. However, WorldCiph reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any third-party tools, plugins, themes, stock images, or software used within the project remain subject to their respective licensing terms.
While we strive to provide high-quality services, WorldCiph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business losses, loss of data, loss of profits, or disruptions caused by third-party services, hosting providers, or unforeseen technical issues. Clients acknowledge that all services are provided on a best-effort basis.
WorldCiph reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if these Terms and Conditions are violated, payments are not made, or unlawful activities are detected. We also reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
